About the Space

Any office scenes would work well in the office. It was completely refurbished one year ago. It's like a new office once you walk it. It has a fishbowl conference room that holds six-eight people. It's a very modern conference room with a custom wood conference room table. It has a 65" TV on the wall. We have gigibit bandwidth speed. It has a small kitchen with a sink, refrigerator, microwave, etc.

We have a professional cleaner in once a week. The crew takes out the trash, cleans all surfaces, wipes down all desks and chairs.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
