*UP TO 20 GUESTS* You can take a dip year round, summer or winter with this beautiful indoor, temperature controlled (heated) swimming pool and jacuzzi both with LED lights! With a max depth of around 9ft, adults who are not experienced swimmers, nor should any child nor be left unattended. Safety equipment is on site. This concrete/gunite pool features a 150” projector screen, making sports events epic! Kickbacks, game nights, music videos, movie & TV sets, private swimming lessons, romantic date ideas, Super Bowl parties, reunions, birthday parties, ladies night, or just letting the kids take a dip! Sitting poolside is a 7-8 person jacuzzi. Play cards at the table top or choose one of the 5 seats at the wet bar with a 70’’ screen TV. Attached by sound dampening sliding doors is a den with separate TV for those who want time away from the pool area. Private entry next to the garage takes you to the backyard where you can enjoy a fire pit, hammocks, and a double covered swing and enter the pool area through the patio doors. Soon kitchen access will be included!

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
