Whether you're hosting an event, team offsite, or gallery show, this is the perfect place to bring your vision to life! Skylights and large industrial windows bring in sunlight throughout the day, and the finished wood floors and white blank walls make this 1700 sq. ft. venue the perfect setting to take your event from concept to completion. Located in central San Francisco in a former industrial building, our venue is easy to access by public transport and surrounded by a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and bars. Conveniently located a short distance from civic center and a variety of other entertainment options within walking distance. This event space is located in a tea house and lounge, and a variety of amenities such as folding tables, chairs, sound systems, etc. can be provided upon request. We are normally a "zero-proof" space but BYOB is permitted, and we do allow outside catering with prior approval. There is a 2-hour minimum on all bookings, and we ask that guests account for any time needed for setup and strike when submitting a request. Surfaces are disinfected between bookings and sanitization products are provided on-site, capacity and operational procedures are in compliance with current CDC guidelines.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
