This Luxurious Private Riverfront Vacation Venue is sure to awe you with its huge live oaks, inspiring views, and beautifully designed homes. We are perfect for cooperate luncheons, business workshops and retreats, and team building activities. We also have plenty of indoor and outdoor workspace. We have rentable tables and chairs and business-meeting amenities, along with full-property WI-FI. This gated Estate consists of 4 homes, lodges 22 guests and hosts 75 guests. We have all the charm of such locations as Key West, Palm Beach, and the Hamptons with airs of a bygone era and provide only the highest quality amenities. Over an acre of gorgeous landscapes, ponds, walking paths, bird watching area, butterfly gardens. Minutes from the Atlantic Ocean and nestled in the welcoming Eau Gallie Art's District, with art, history, dining, music, shopping and more.   • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
