Large roof deck with conference tables, lounge chairs, gas fire pit, bbq -- ideal for entertaining or gathering and suitable for larger groups (not an option to reserve space, however is often plenty of space during the week). Full kitchen, fully stocked. Large bathroom. Wheelchair accessible. Dogs ok! Dogpatch is vibrant with shops and restaurants, cool artist lofts and old warehouses, public parks and waterfronts -- but it's also quiet and calm. Lots of dogs and friendly neighbors on walks. Walking distance to shops, UCSF, Esprit Park, Crane Cove, Chase Center, Caltrain. Not far from Oracle Park (bike path, Lyft bike rentals and electric scooter rentals can get you there as well as the 3rd Street Rail Line T). Light rail can also take you to SOMA, Ferry Building, Embarcadero and Financial District. I've rented this for years to short-term tenants, and I've used the space as an office for my work during the day. All my tenants have loved it! I also often host my book club on the roof or in the space and get loads of compliments (they want to meet there all the time).
