Located in the Roosevelt Row District of downtown Phoenix with several locally owned businesses, eateries, Margaret T. Hance Park, and the light rail station within walking distance. The market features unique snacks, locally made pastries, and a medley of non-alcoholic sips. The space is lined with twenty-seven (27) 8.5ft tall windows flooding the shop with natural sunlight throughout the day and features high ceilings, modern furniture, and chic industrial elements lending to its spacious, airy feel. Dispersed seating for 50 is arranged throughout the retail and atrium area with a highly modular setup that can be reconfigured to accommodate specific needs. Restrooms are available onsite. Ideal for portrait and lifestyle photoshoots, networking events, and/or product launches during business hours. Ideal events benefit from the interactions of general business operations and must not interrupt operations. The space is open 7 days a week. Events requiring a private setting or after hours are available as a venue buyout arranged directly with retail space. Business Hours Monday- Saturday: 8am - 6pm Sunday: 8am - 5pm Pricing: $125/hr (minimum of 2 hours including setup and breakdown)

Dialogue was the PERFECT venue for our annual fundraising event. The space was incredible! The team was first rate! The vibe was AMAZING! The location was right next to a parking garage. The artwork, the seating, the designed space was simply beautiful! There was spacing for small bites, 2 piece live music and seating. We were able to bring in an outside caterer but used the venue's drink package which was absolutely PERFECT!! We had a photo booth and a welcome table. The team was so accomodating. Whatever your occasion, from reception, to networking to a celebration....this venue will work! I definitely plan to use them again.
