This studio comes fully furnished with: - Large bullpen area with workstations and chairs - 3 private offices, - Conference area with table and TV setup - Prep station with kitchen area and dishwasher - Sound treat studio with a lighting grid that is capable to do green screen or full blackout - HVAC system to keep your crew cool. - Super fast Verizon Fios wireless internet. (Ethernet drops available upon request) - Wardrobe racks, printer access and clothes steamer come with every rental. - Parking available for rent in Private lot. Nothing larger than a cargo van will fit in these parking spaces. To park something larger please contact me directly to see if it can be accommodated. - Ground floor access with direct load in from a private loading bay (no waiting for a freight elevator here). All bookings require minimum 36-hour advance notice. Additional equipment is available for rent upon request with appropriate notice.
