Luxury Malibu Retreat & Event Space

The space is a private gated architectural retreat on 5 acres in Western Malibu. Originally built in 1979 by architects Buff & Hensman, it has been renovated down to the studs to maintain original design but with modern luxuries. Our home is set on 5 acres with an epic Mountain View that seats up to 125 people. There is also a smaller pad with an ocean view which seats about 30. Expansive fenced grass lawn is flat and poised for outdoor events including healing retreats, sound bath, weddings, dinner parties, engagements, picnics and more. Unobstructed views of the Santa Monica mountains provide the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable event. Please message for wedding and special event details. Our home: The home features two equal sized King bedrooms, large spa bathrooms, a soaking tub & outdoor shower as well as a Queen sized sleeper sofa. The fully fenced yard is safe for pets and children. Our wedding package includes a 3 night stay in our 2BR / 2BA home which sleeps 6. The house has two private bedrooms suites for getting ready, which are private from each other, and from which you can exit and enter the house for added privacy. Additional nights can be added at a reduced rate. We have room for up to 50 cars to park on the main property (out of view of the lawn) and room on our land across the street for up to 50 more vehicles, subject to an additional fee and which would require a valet/shuttle. The property is nestled into the Santa Monica mountains, and has several ocean view locations a short walk from the house. Across the street we have an additional 10 acres of mountain and pasture land plus an airstream trailer, which is perfect for bridal photos, engagements, holiday shoots, and can be added for use with an additional charge. WiFi is provided by Starlink and there is a Tesla charger on both properties.
