Summers Event space has an elegance all it's own. This space was renovated in 2020 to 2022 with a traditional elegant look. Wedding Receptions, Banquets, Gatherings of family and friends, Anniversaries and all formal occasions fit perfectly with the look and feel of the space. When you enter the Summers Building, you are pulled back to a time of High Class coupled with Warmth and Charm. The Event Space offers a private and highly intimate atmosphere while leaving you with a feeling of its unique Elegance and Charm.

Health and Safety Measures
A professional cleaning service is hired to help maintain the event space. The Cleaning service is hired after each event has completed to have the space ready for the next event. We require guests to remove all trash from the event and contact management for disposal.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
