About the Space
The HAUS is an event, meeting, and content creation space located in the historic and vibrant community of Mount Rainier, MD. This area serves as the hub of arts & culture in the Gateway Arts District and our content house can fulfill any artist's needs. The space is flexible to a variety of needs from work retreats, co-working space, photo and video production, listening parties and team gatherings. Health and Safety Measures
Prior to each booking the requirements are: Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
