About the Space
This is the historic Blackwell Manion built in 1891. We have a beautiful open entryway with a hand carved wooden grand staircase that leads into an open library with fir wood flooring, wall length fireplace, wall to wall bookshelves, stained glass details, and a sun room overlooking the Puget Sound with beautiful views towards Ruston Way and Mount Rainier. This space would be wonderful for a wedding venue, holiday parties, corporate events, etc. We are flexible and able to work within your imagination. The 'event space' includes open spaces on the entry level of the building which includes, the library, sunroom, small conference room, kitchenette, and rest rooms. Booking this spaces does not include the entire building. This booking is for space and hosting only, we do not have chairs or tables. Previous event guests have had no issues renting these items from local party rental businesses.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The space will be fully cleaned and disinfected between bookings. We use Clorox wipes and cleaning supplies. Towels/wipes are either thrown away or washed after each use. Dishes that are used are washed with dawn soap and high heat water.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
