About the Space
This conference room is on the entry level of our building (no stairs). The room is set up with 6 chairs at the table and we have extra stackable chairs that can seat more on the outer edges of the room if you need space for more than 6 people. Room comes equipped with a wall size white board, dry erase markers and eraser, large screen TV monitor, HDMI cable for connecting laptop presentations to the monitor. Our space would work well for client meetings, trainings, presentations, private work space, etc. With your booking you will have access to our kitchenette including coffee station, microwave, refrigerator, water, tea.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Great Space! Perfect for our offsite meeting. The whiteboard was great - kitchenette was stocked and clean and the restrooms were close by. Everything was easy. And of course, the historic building was beautiful to walk through during our short breaks.
