General Rules

House Rules: 1. No Smoking: To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises. Designated smoking areas can be found outside the studio. 2. Outside Catering is Allowed: We understand that you may have specific catering preferences for your event. You are welcome to bring in outside catering services to meet your culinary needs. 3. Alcohol is Permitted: Celebrations often call for alcoholic beverages. You are allowed to bring and serve alcohol at Dreamlab Studio. However, please ensure that all guests consuming alcohol are of legal drinking age and drink responsibly. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or violates our policies. 4. Renters will be Responsible for All Damages: As the renter, you are responsible for any damages that occur during your rental period. Please treat the studio and its equipment with care and report any damages or accidents immediately. Any necessary repairs or replacements will be charged accordingly. By adhering to these house rules, we can maintain a pleasant and professional environment for all guests. Thank you for your cooperation!

Here are the steps we are taking: 1. Enhanced Cleaning Protocols: Our cleaning team follows strict guidelines recommended by health authorities. We use hospital-grade disinfectants to clean and sanitize all high-touch surfaces, including tables, chairs, doorknobs, light switches, and equipment. 2. Regular Disinfection: We have increased the frequency of our cleaning and disinfection routines. Common areas and shared spaces are regularly sanitized throughout the day to maintain a clean environment. 3. Ventilation: Our studio is equipped with proper ventilation systems to ensure a constant flow of fresh air. We encourage opening windows and doors, weather permitting, to enhance air circulation. 4. Hand Sanitizing Stations: Hand sanitizing stations are conveniently placed throughout the studio for your use. We encourage all guests to practice good hand hygiene by washing hands frequently and using hand sanitizer when necessary. 5. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Our staff members wear appropriate personal protective equipment, such as masks and gloves, to minimize the risk of transmission. We kindly request that all guests also wear masks when in shared spaces, unless exempted by local regulations. 6. Social Distancing: We encourage all guests to maintain a safe distance of at least six feet from others who are not part of their group. Please respect the space of others and follow any posted signage regarding social distancing guidelines. We want you to feel confident and comfortable during your visit to Dreamlab Studio. Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer
