About the Space

About us: The Green Cut Lounge is the perfect space to host your next private event. Offering a relaxed and fun vibe, it’s complete with all the amenities for micro-events, pop-ups, Birthday celebrations, Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties, Baby Showers, Game Nights, and other special occasions. Location: Located in North Philadelphia, close to the Temple campus, The Green Cut Lounge is a converted warehouse space inside of a renovated Window Factory. The space is an industrial-style loft, with exposed ceiling beams, hardwood floors, and painted walls perfect for photo backdrops. Unisex bathrooms are located in a shared hallway. The space is rented as is, with furniture included, but we allow our guests to move as much of the inventory as possible if you are in need of more floor space. Rental Booking Includes: · 2 Lounge Sections · Casual seating arrangements: couches, club chairs, tables · Full Bar with beverage fridge and air fryer · DJ Equipment available for use · 4 TV’s · Mini Golf Area · Xbox; equipped with a driving simulator · Dancer Pole · Ring Light (for photos) · Wi-Fi

Health and Safety Measures

All hosts are required to do the following after each booking: Leave common areas in the same condition Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Tie -up garbage and place in the hallway Space is cleaned and disinfected professionally between each booking

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
