About the Space
We are located on the first floor of 1800 Owens, just off the South Lobby. Entry Instructions:Vehicle Parking: There is parking available through the public parking garage within 1800 Owens. Please note that this garage is not owned or managed by Dropbox; therefore, guests are subject to the daily rates per the parking garage. If there is an event at the Chase Center, guests will be subject to the increased parking rates. Minimum booking pricing $10,000 for 8hrs and $1,250/hr after that.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
