There is ample street parking. Limited 4-hour free parking along the slope of Western Ave N, as well as metered parking around Western & Elliott. Paid parking lot across the building off of Western Ave N.

HOUSE RULES - NO DRUG USE of any kind permitted - NO SMOKING ( cigarettes, vapes, 420 etc. ) - No open flame, smoke or burning of candles/incense - Absolutely NO GLITTER - NO PETS ALLOWED. This is a building policy and will result in immediate termination of your rental. - Please keep your project inside the studio and the door closed while you are working. Common areas and building property are off-limits for filming ( hallways, ramps, doorways etc. ) - We ask that you keep music to a respectful volume. Any complaints from our building or neighbors will result in prompt termination of your rental. GEAR & EQUIPMENT Seamless paper is available for your use during your booking. Please be respectful of the papers and put them away after use for future renters to use. Any excessive or intentional damage to the paper(s) will result in a re-stocking fee of $45/ per color. LENGTH OF RENTAL Please note that your rental time begins from the moment of your booking and ends promptly at the end of your booking. Be sure to allow for time to set-up and vacate the premises in your booking time - as there may be another renter coming in after you. THE SPACE When finished, please return the space as best as you can to the original way you found it, and return all gear to the shelves. Any garbage that does not fit in the studio bin must be taken out with you ( large boxes, food, etc. ) DAMAGES Renter shall be solely responsible for any damage to property or equipment that occurs during the time renter or his party occupies the premises. Renter agrees to pay repair costs in full to replace or repair equipment. Renter Agrees to pay for damage to the premises including spills, marks or stains to the walls and/or floors.
