This beautiful waterfront open-plan home is perfect for small productions and lifestyle shoots. Enjoy stunning beachfront views from inside and outside the thoughtfully decorated home. The sliding glass doors with large windows reach the vaulted ceiling and fill the entire home with constant natural light. The spacious two level deck is perfect for exterior waterfront shots. Conveniently located an hour from the city. Not pictured here, we have another small house on the property that can be used for holding for an additional fee. Ask about our props! All the charming beach props- beach towels, bags, hats, games, barbecue grill, table settings, etc that you see in the photos can be available to you for your shoot. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
