About the Space

This is a clothing boutique and I decided to maximize the space by offering photo shoots, podcasts, video shoots & production sessions. There is a chic black curtain that wraps around the store giving a clean elegant background in photos. SOFT BOXES ARE INCLUDED WITH BOOKING. There is natural lighting that we can also block out if necessary. There is a restroom available on site. The store is 1 block away from the market-frankford line so public transportation is easily accessible. There are near by shopping stores and places for a quick bite to eat. Parking is easy to find, there is parking available in front of the store but you will have to pay the meter. There is free parking on the surrounding blocks but some blocks are 2 hr parking so you must read the signs. The store is on a main street so it should be easy to find. All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
