The Leonardo Room is our largest contiguous event space. This room can be configured in many different ways depending on your needs, and can be used in conjunction with several other spaces in our building for larger events. Leonardo can accommodate up to 100 seated guests, or more commonly 60 seated guests with plenty of room for exhibitor tables and networking space. 98" SmartTV with PA system is included in the rental price. Additional equipment is rentable. Can be outside catered or we can support your needs.

Tabletops are generally covered with disposable or are constructed with hospital-grade, food-grade 3D-laminate Surf(x) laminate that can be quickly sanitized between events. This space has an independent air handling system just for this room, with its own temperature and fan controls, and features very high ceilings.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
