About the Space
Come relax and enjoy your home away from home. We have everything you need if you want a retreat to stay in and enjoy BBQing, games or some rest and relaxation in a bubbling hot tub. If you want to leave and explore a bit we are only blocks away from the beach and all the attractions and fun you can experience in San Diego. We are a quick 15 minutes from Downtown San Diego or take the Scenic Route down to the Silver Strand which is only 15 minutes to Coronado! Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun!

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

With our growing family, it's hard for us to host/accommodate everyone in our own homes. This space was perfect and cozy. Both adults and kiddos enjoyed the games available in the backyard and garage. Would definitely recommend this space to others and would rebook for future events.

I hosted my baby shower at the seebreaze house and I can say the photos do not do justice! Such a beautiful space and endless comments on how nice the house was. Great area and a lot of parking. So many surprises with the house and I wish I had the space for the entire weekend. 1 day wasn’t enough! Great communication with the host. Would definitely book again

It was a great place for our program retreat. Everything was in place and the space was very clean. Adrian was really responsive when I had a few questions. Overall, really great experience at the space and with Adrian. I would recommend this place!

This was such a beautiful and comfortable home. The backyard and patio area was resort quality. The homeowners took their time with creating this oasis. Five stars for sure!

Such a fun space! Super clean home with everything we needed and more. The games in the backyard were such a special touch to our event. The home isn't necessarily in the best/nicest area, but the home itself was very nice.
