About the Space
The Boeing Room is our second largest event space, able to seat up to 48 attendees. Flexible configurations: session seating, demo tables (up to 10), workshop, or networking reception. Mobile 65" SmartTV available. Free parking surround our entire building and location right by the front door make this space extremely accessible and easy to find. Can be outside catered or we can support your needs. This room can be used in conjunction with other spaces in our building for larger events.

Tabletops are either covered with disposable linens or constructed of hospital-grade Surf(x) 3D laminates that allow for hospital-grade cleaning. The floors in this room are made of premium laminate that allow for easy, thorough cleaning. This room is open to the main lobby of the building and has a very high air exchange rate.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
