The studio is located in the back on the building and there is plenty of free parking!

For lighting the studio includes 7 diffused Smallrig RC220B spotlights attached to the ceiling rail, and 8 Quasar Science Rainbow 2 lights that can change color with our included iPad controller. Our studio comes equipped with these free main lights, desks, power strips, and many other amenities to enhance your production experience.

There may be slight ambient noise from the surrounding offices but it is typically minimal.

The minimum accepted rental duration is 2 hours. Entering the building more than 5 minutes before your rental starting time will result in additional charges automatically billed to your account. If you do not wish to be charged an early arrival fee, please arrive at your rental starting time, thank you! The booking duration will begin from the moment the guest or anyone associated with the guest enters the building, meaning an early arrival will count towards the total length of time on-site and may incur overtime charges. If the customer renting our space or any guests associated with the customer are still in the building beyond 15 minutes past the booking ending time, overtime will automatically be charged to the customer at the hourly rate of the booking. Cars are NOT allowed to be in the studio unless a $250 Add-On is purchased. This is because every time a car is in our studio the floor needs to be repainted and sealed. The studio spotlights cannot be adjusted, but the RGB lights can and have the ability to change colors. Do not step on the curved part of the white wall as it will break. For add-ons, we do not offer camera equipment / rentals unless one of our videographers is hired. We do not offer any editing services, equipment rentals, or on-the-spot services for any Peerspace bookings. Food is allowed but please keep the room clean. If the studio is left dirty, such as garbage left out, items not properly put away, a $100 cleaning fee will be billed to Client. If the white section of the floor becomes scratched or dirty to the extent that it requires cleaning before the next renter, a $100 cleaning fee will be added to your booking cost. Please note that the white floor is very sensitive to becoming dirty. Please use caution when stepping on the white part of the floor to avoid being billed this fee. No smoking in the building. A $100 fee will be added to booking if smoking inside the building is identified. No guns or weapons will be allowed in the building.
