About the Space
Photoshoots and different audio or visual recordings (commercials, interviews, audio/visual podcasting, business meetings, coworking spaces, etc) probably work best in this space. Large gatherings or parties of any kind are not permitted and wont be accepted. There is a hot tub and large grassy area in the backyard, as well as a gazebo with covered seating. Air hockey table & nice, newer kitchen available inside, as well as one or two different spots that could be good background imagery for different types of photoshoots. Gas fireplace in the living room, and the bbq grill outside is hooked directly into the gas line for the home as well. Street parking is free and pretty much always plentiful, and the garage for the house (accessed off the back alley) is available, as well.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
