Farmstand67 Venue Rules: Booking Duration: All bookings must start and end within the agreed-upon time slots. This includes setup and teardown time. Respect the Space: Please leave the venue in the same condition as you found it. Any damages to the property or its items will be charged to the guest. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the venue and its immediate surroundings. Alcohol: If alcohol is to be served, prior permission is required. Guests may need to provide appropriate licenses. Noise Levels: Please be mindful of the noise levels to ensure we maintain a good relationship with our neighbors. Pets: While we are pet-friendly, all pets must be supervised at all times. Any damages or clean-up required due to pets will be charged to the guest. Parking: Use designated parking areas only. Do not block driveways or access paths. Capacity: Do not exceed the venue's maximum capacity. Ensure your guest count is within the agreed-upon limit. Decorations: Any decorations or alterations to the space must be approved in advance. No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on walls. Catering: If you're bringing in outside food, ensure it's from a licensed caterer. All trash related to food items should be bagged and taken out at the end of the booking. Safety: All fire and safety rules must be adhered to. Ensure all pathways and exits remain unblocked. Children: Children must be supervised at all times. Music & Entertainment: Any music or entertainment must be kept at a reasonable volume and must end by 10 PM to respect local noise ordinances. Clean-Up: All trash must be placed in the bins provided, and the venue should be left as it was found. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the venue is left in a disorderly state. Cancellations: Please adhere to our cancellation policy. Any cancellations made less than [specific time, e.g., "48 hours"] before the booking will incur a fee.
