About the Space
Dreamy bungalow right in the heart of echo park. You enter through a hand crafted gate into an oasis of plants. The house was an artist bungalow built in the 60s and has beautiful rustic features to it. It has loads of natural light, plants and two entrances. The space has a lofted bedroom so has double height ceilings. There is minimal furniture so the layout is pretty spacious. Most of the furniture is modular and can be moved around. Dining table is expandable and can seat up to 8 (chairs available) There is also a small outdoor area. Photos are pretty accurate but furniture might be different (desk no longer in the space). There is also an art studio in the front of the property that is available for additional fee. The art studio can be used for storage or as a photo studio itself. Lots of clean white wall space ( in bungalow as well) Photo and grip eq available upon request. The art studio is half work area ( shop table , tools, art supplies etc. ) and half open space + kitchenette . The work space can be separated by curtains and the work table is on wheels so can be moved around to create a communal table. It has Mediterranean style interiors and features. It is also dressed with props that are available for use. The studio is approximately 500 sq ft and the bungalow 1500.

Cleaning crew hired before each booking to insure it is sanitized. (cleaning fee applied) We ask that guests try to separate recycling and all items cleaned up at the end of an event left in one place near the entrance.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
