About the Space

5 hour minimum per owner. Woods, trails, small hills we have a great spot for filming aroud 70 acres in full. Come do your short film, feature. We also have a basement for a home base for your crew with a bathroom. We also have a moonlight and a 24 foot stand in case you need to light for night time. Generator is also available for rent. Bathroom available at the hunting lodge. We do have a golf cart for rent and some other things to enhance your shoot. If you want to scout we do require a $75 dollar fee for a tour which takes about an hour to scout the entire property payable venmo or cash app. -The cornfield will not be up until July. -The lake can have cars driven or thrown into it. Great lake for fishing shots or drowning simulations.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
