About the Space
9+ Backdrops or Bring Your Own! Let's build a community. Vote on your favorite backdrops after your visit and suggest more backdrops you want when it's time to turn over the old backdrops. Bring your own backdrop stand or use the one available at the studio. Some furniture and props are available. The bathroom is accessible to anyone. Makeup vanity table available for DIY and utility cart available for any markup artist. Come test shoot for up to 10 minutes prior to your first shoot with clients before your first booking to get a feel for lighting there and needed.

Lighting description
Large windows with great natural light. Available (2) soft lights and (1) spotlight to use anywhere for more light. For any boudoir or more private shoots; moving backdrops can cover windows and doors for full privacy.

Fairly quiet, with no rules though. Blast music w/ FREE WIFI to jam out during your photo sesh.

General Rules
Privacy can be set to give you privacy for any photoshoot whether that be a family session, engagement photos, or even a boudoir.
Kids are allowed - there are a few toys to keep them busy in-between moments of family sessions.

Basic cleaning is my responsibility. But if there is a crazy mess left over, there will be a fee applied.

Furniture and decorations may be moved
Most furniture has felt pads under it. Otherwise, you can move anything, anywhere!

Security cameras and recording devices
We have a Google Nest door cam at the front door for security to see who is at the door - but no security, recording devices, or smart TVs in the photoshoot space(s).
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
We clean in between every session unless you break up your sessions with the same people into 2 sessions in 1 day.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Hand Sanitizer
