The parking lot contains 45 spots that are shared with employees and a neighbor.

I understand that occupancy of the OHQ is limited to no more than the guests approved in writing by Oni Studios. I understand that the OHQ is a smoke-free facility, and I understand that I will be responsible for a cleaning fee should I violate this policy. I understand this includes the use of electronic cigarettes, “vape pens”, etc. I understand that possession of firearms, weapons and other dangerous items (fireworks, etc.) are not permitted at the OHQ and agree not to bring any such items onto the premises whether on my person or in my or any other vehicle I bring to the OHQ. I understand that alcohol and any other controlled substance are strictly prohibited at the OHQ. Therefore, I agree to not partake in any such items at the OHQ or have them on my person while at the OHQ. I understand that the OHQ is under 24-hour video surveillance in all common areas inside and outside the premises, and I consent to being recorded in said areas. I agree not to adjust or tamper with any surveillance equipment located on the premises. I understand and agree that I am not permitted to enter any other rooms or offices except those to which I am escorted while on the premises without explicit permission from an authorized staff member of Oni Studios. I understand that meals must occur only in the kitchen and dining room areas. I further understand that I am required to properly dispose of empty drink and snack containers to help prevent pest infestation issues. I understand that no pets (other than service animals pre-approved in writing) are allowed in the OHQ. I understand that I may not use the OHQ may not be for any improper or offensive purpose (as determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Oni Studios), including any activity that violates any law or governmental regulation.
