Pre-Event Preparation:** - **Initial Inspection:** Our janitorial team conducts a walkthrough to assess the venue's cleanliness and identify areas that need special attention. - **Surface Dusting:** All surfaces, including furniture, displays, and countertops, are dusted to remove any particles. - **Floor Cleaning:** Depending on the flooring type, our team vacuums, sweeps, or mops the entire area. - **Restroom Sanitization:** Restrooms are cleaned thoroughly, ensuring all fixtures are polished, and supplies are restocked. **2. Post-Event Cleaning:** - **Waste Disposal:** All trash bins are emptied, and waste is properly sorted for recycling or disposal. - **Spot Cleaning:** Any stains on carpets, walls, or furniture are treated immediately. - **Deep Floor Cleaning:** Floors undergo a comprehensive cleaning, including vacuuming, mopping, and spot treatment if necessary. - **Restroom Deep Clean:** Beyond regular cleaning, restrooms are deep cleaned to maintain hygiene and freshness. This includes disinfecting all surfaces, replenishing supplies, and checking fixtures. - **Outdoor Maintenance:** The garden and outdoor areas are cleared of any litter or debris. Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
