About the Space
Large open-concept loft space, perfect for still and motion captures. Located in Parkdale on a quiet street just off of Queen St West for easy access. The space includes rooftop access with views of the city from the second floor of the building. South facing windows provide excellent natural light.

Parking description
Street parking is available if arranged in advance by the city. Otherwise, there is a paid parking lot near the Dollarama at 1337 Queen St W, Toronto, ON M6K 1L8 which is a short walk away.
General Rules
Smoking and alcohol are not permitted inside of this space. Outside catering is allowed. There is also a wonderful catering company available just next door which can be arranged separately.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
There are security cameras located on the exterior of the building and in the main lobby.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

The space is professional cleaned after each booking.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
