Detailed cleaning schedule that includes pre-event, during-event, and post-event cleaning tasks. Pre-Event Cleaning: a. Inspect the event space: Walk through the area to identify any pre-existing cleanliness issues and address them. b. Trash removal: Clean and empty all trash bins, providing sufficient trash receptacles throughout the event space. c. Sanitize high-touch surfaces: Disinfect frequently touched surfaces such as tables, handrails, restroom fixtures, and door handles. During-Event Cleaning: Continuous trash removal: Contracted assign staff may be available to regularly empty trash bins during the event to prevent overflowing. Restroom maintenance: Assign staff to check and clean restrooms regularly, replenishing supplies like soap and paper towels. Post-Event Cleaning: a. Complete a thorough cleaning: After the event concludes, perform a comprehensive cleaning of the entire area. b. Collect trash: Remove all trash and debris from the event space. c. Deep clean restrooms: Sanitize and restock restrooms. d. Sanitize high-touch surfaces: Ensure all surfaces are thoroughly disinfected. e. Grounds and landscaping: If applicable, clean and maintain outdoor landscaping and grounds. Waste Management: Arrange depending on contract. Proper waste disposal and recycling options at the event site. Clearly mark recycling and trash bins to encourage attendees to dispose of waste correctly. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
