Event Barn, Creative Retreat, and Studio/Photography Space with Field

This space is a place for gathering, for creating and retreating. The barn, field/property have been used for: - Weddings and events of 75-120 - Styled/family Photoshoots - Music videos/filming locations - Intimate rehearsal dinners or bridal/baby showers - Private Concerts - Birthdays or family gatherings - Creative retreats - Yoga The barn is 100 years old, with a history of farm and event life. It's been painted white and maintained on the outside, but preserves the old tin roof, and a natural wood look inside. Ideal for groups of 30-50 (if using only the inside of the barn), but there is plenty of property to add event tents to extend the covered space. Barn and property includes: - 800 square foot barn with cement floor - 1 open acre field for parking - Lush areas for photography or retreating - Fire pit by barn with 8 grey Adirondack chairs - 4 space heaters - Cafe lighting inside and outside barn - Wood bar on wheels - Games: Dartboard, corn hole, ladder ball, badminton - Tables: (6) 8ft round tables, (2) 6ft tables, (1) 4ft table - 6 wood picnic tables - Hose is available outside barn with well water DOES NOT INCLUDE RESTROOM All parties are required to book their own portable restrooms
