- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Host was responsive and the space is as pictured although I wish there were more pictures posted. Host also offers a tour once a week to see the venue. Venue pros: nice tables/chairs + set up, cute bar set up (with 3 large tin ice coolers + light up B A R sign), good speakers (no volume limit was a good perk), two bathrooms, 10 parking spots saved, on time. Venue cons: public street parking (which is very hard to find downtown), no kitchen/fridge/sink (but there is a small room with table to store things), very strong Fabuloso smell. All things considered, it was a nice venue for our small holiday party. I would book here again.
