The house was built in 1919 and is Tudor Revival in style, it is surrounded by 6 acres of gardens and sloping lawns. It is a single family home which is four stories - basement, first floor, second floor and attic. The total viable square footage for the first and second floors is just under 5,000 square feet. The home is historic in nature and has rooms which showcase Tudor, Rococo, Mid-Century Modern and Contemporary styles of architecture and furnishings. There is a 3,000 square foot basement and a 900 square foot attic, both are usable. It is set back from the road and also has some out buildings (a barn and garage) which could be used as well for either shoots or for crew areas. There is ample parking for talent, trailers, crew, etc. It is close to various highways for easy access to the site itself.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
