No Furniture Rearrangement: We request that you do not move or rearrange furniture during your stay. This is to preserve the original layout of the space and prevent potential damage.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Disinfect Regularly: I use disinfecting wipes and sprays like Clorox and Lysol to regularly clean surfaces that are touched often. This includes countertops, door handles, light switches, remotes, and keyboards.
Hand Hygiene: I wash my hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially before eating, after using the restroom, and after returning home.
Use EPA-Approved Products: I make sure to use cleaning products and disinfectants that meet EPA requirements for use against SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19.
Ventilation: I ensure the space is well ventilated during and after the cleaning process.
Clean After Illness: If someone has been ill, I clean all areas they have been in contact with, following specific guidelines for cleaning after infection.
High-Temperature Washing: For items like bedding and towels, I use the high heat setting on the washing machine and dryer.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
