Welcome to our updated and inviting nautical-themed residence. The home is conveniently located close to the University of Bridgeport, Sacred Hearth University and St Vincents Hospital. Enjoy the excitement of the cozy ambiance around the fire pit in the private backyard and a grill for cooking, and the convenience of all of the amenities in the home. Guests can truly relax and make the most of their time in our tranquil setting. There is a dedicated workspace for remote workers. Three bedrooms are on the first floor and has an open floor plan. The basement is spacious and airy.

The space is professionally cleaned between each booking and disinfected. All surface are wiped down and cleaned thoroughly.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
