Dear Guest, We want to ensure that your event at the Gallery Loft is not only enjoyable but also safe and hygienic for everyone. Our commitment to cleanliness is paramount, and we'd like to share our cleaning process with you to provide peace of mind: Before Your Event: Our professional cleaning team thoroughly cleans and disinfects the entire event space, including high-touch surfaces, seating areas, and restroom facilities. All artwork is carefully protected during cleaning to preserve its integrity. We provide ample time between events for a comprehensive clean and setup. During Your Event: We'll have sanitation stations available for your convenience, equipped with hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, and tissues.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
