About the Space
This creative loft is a 2 floor modern loft and is a perfect setting for a video shoot, music video, movie scene, podcast recording, and a great place to bring any other creative vision to life. There is an upstairs bedroom that leads to a rooftop deck of the building with an amazing view of the Detroit skyline. This loft is previously used as a private living space, so amenities include everything you would find in a modern apartment.

Parking description
There is a free gated parking lot with up to 4 spaces included. Any additional parking spaces will need to be on the street. Parking entry and exit will need to buzzed in/out via the gate.
General Rules
No smoking in the building. Outside catering and alcohol is allowed. Please respect the space as if it was your own.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We have an expert cleaning team to make sure the space is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between bookings.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
