About the Space
Our sun-kissed studios are perfect for medium-sized photo shoots, business meetings, off-site, workshops & events. Studio A comfortably accommodates up to 50 people for a variety of activities. The high ceilings, abundant natural light, and panoramic view of Pier 70 and the Bay creates a unique feel, a wonderful sense of place found nowhere else. The adjoining Studio B is perfect for food service, breakout groups, or as a green room– any use that works better with just a little bit or separation, and privacy. - High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

This space was fantastic- very clean, had wonderful natural lighting (all day), and plenty of space for the whole crew (15 people). What was even better than the space though was the studio rep, John! He had us covered on additional gear, even offered to help us secure it ahead of our reservation. John greeted us on time & helped us load into the building as well. No complaints and ONLY good things to say about our experience.

The space worked great for us and John was very accommodating. There was some residual sound from the street and hall at different times of the day that we needed to plan around.
