Astoria's Sound and Lights Production Warehouse

Located in an industrial area in Astoria/ Woodside. Street level storage unit with 22' ceiling height, and two large garage doors (15'x15') The warehouse is a storage unit of a sound reinforcement company.  Usable space is about 500 sq ft, from the entrance of the main garage door till the exposed white brick wall in the back. The white brick wall in the main usable area can be used for Music videos, Dance videos, Band Rehearsals,  Promotional, commercial, and product videos/photoshoots, and much more.  Feel free to contact us to work towards creating and completing your project. Free street parking available, and two parking spots in the front of the loading areas (gates). N -W trains are a 10-15 minute walk and the Q19 Bus stop is a 3 minute walk. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - There is a 16ft truss (horizontal) by the brick wall, that can be used for lighting equipment, and backdrops.- There is another 10ft truss (horizontal) on the opposite side that can also be used for lighting equipment. - Both trusses are vertically adjustable - 2 speakers instaled on the 16ft truss by the brick wall, plus a subwoofer (Bluetooth connectivity for playback). Also 4 Chauvet SlimPar Pro and 4 Odyssey LSPAR16 - Custom movable Bar with bar stools - Table (4'x2')  - Folding chairs - Wi-Fi - Sandbags - Ladders The space has production equipment (ex. cases) that can be used in the shots, or can be easily moved, if not desired. The space has 24/7 access with always one person on site. Capacity is up to 10 people.  Space has natural light that can NOT be blocked. Please note that you must be completely loaded out by the end of your scheduled session time. Please book enough time considering your load-in and load-out.
