Known for their open floor plan and gorgeous lighting, the space is the perfect venue to host art exhibitions, design events, fashion pop ups, or other private events. On the highest traffic corner of the area and across the street from several popular restaurants, the venue has high foot traffic, drawing crowds from a variety of areas. - Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

We used this venue for our baby shower and it was perfect! There was tons of space so no one felt on top of each other and my guest loved looking at the artwork in the different rooms. Matt, the owner, was so amicable, and even allowed us to come early in order to put up all the decorations (we had a ton), and even curtained off a section allowing the caterer to have his own private area for prep. We would definitely use this venue again.
