About the Space
Stunning Connecticut mansion on park-like grounds just 50 minutes from NYC. This home's many unique and picturesque areas make it the perfect site for your next commercial shoot, music video, cooking show, interview, feature film, or television show. Photo shoots would be ideal on the grounds as well as inside the home, with plenty of opportunities for varied "looks." The home features an oversized kitchen with high end appliances and two islands, an immense great room with two-story windows that overlook the grounds, a large dining room with seating for 10, a rustic wood-paneled den which opens on to a beautiful stone patio, and an intimate living room complete with a cozy stone fireplace. The living room opens on to a stunning veranda featuring stately columns, generous seating and dining areas, and wide steps leading down to two grassy terraces surrounded by lush landscaping and stone walls. Additionally, the paved circular driveway offers plenty of parking for your cast and crew. Please note that pricing on this site is only a baseline rate. - Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

The home and homeowners are terrific. Very responsive and thorough. Knowing that they might disrupt production, Sara took the initiative to reschedule city services in advance. Our interview shoot was very smooth and productive and looked great. I highly recommend this space.

Sara’s home was beautiful! Sara was very attentive and easily reachable when questions arose. She allowed for the decorating process to be a breeze! She also was open to any ideas we had to make minor changes to the space to fit the needs of our party. I do want to make mention that it is the home she is currently residing in so she was there while the party was taking place. She was not a bother at all! In fact she was super helpful! I also do want to make mention that she has a beautiful golden retriever, while he was kept away for the duration of the party, if you have guests that are afraid of dogs please just make a mention to her to be extra diligent in keeping the dog away. He did run into my party once… we loved it though 🥰
