This unique home, featured on HGTV, has a style all its own. Historic home fully rehabbed with modern features while preserving the exterior and some of the interior features. The home would be a great space for photo shoots, filming, dinner parties, bridal showers, baby showers and other intimate celebrations.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.

- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Kris's place was very lovely as far as the decor. Unfortunately it looked as though there was a gathering the day before and it was not cleaned up. Food crumbs, trash bins full and dusty. It also was very cold in the space. The thermostat would not increase in temperature and stayed 49 degrees before the constrator arrived. Then it only made it to 55 degrees during my family's photoshoot. My grandchildren were very cold. I advised Kris, that I appreciated her trying to fix the temperature.

Stunning space! Very clean with lots of natural light and beautiful decor. Kris was easy to reach and so kind. She answered all my questions and was very communicative. I look forward to booking again in the future!

It's always questionable booking in Detroit, but I was immediately excited when I pulled into the Indian Village. When I went in the house it was an absolute work of art! The space was so unique and incredible, the photos do no justice to how special this place is. Kris was an excellent communicator. I will definitely be booking again, and would recommend other do the same!!!
