This is a storefront. A canvas blank space for all things creative. Mainly used as a creative workshop studio which can be used for private events. Use this space to host your next workshop, birthday, bridal, bachelorette, pop-up shop paint & sip etc. Paint & Sip events workshops are ran during some weekends.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Marolins Space was perfect for my needs. We hosted a repass for close family and friends to say good bye to our older brother. Marolin was prompt to respond, accommodating and understanding of our needs. The space is beautiful and fit 30 of us comfortably. The bathroom was clean and spacious. Marolin was so very helpful as we were running behind to setup, she assisted us in that moment and she is greatly appreciated. Would I rent this space again… YES!!! The amenities offered were just what we needed. It’s conveniently located near the subway and all the stores!! Marolin you rock, thank you!!

We had 30 women for our tea party event, including food tables and a banquet style seating so we were a little cramped for our style of event. Nonetheless we made it work but we would rent the space with less people next time. Space was as advertised and Marolin was responsive and patient with our group.
