Here's a description of our studio rental cleaning procedure: 1. **Preparation:** Before each rental, we conduct a thorough inspection of the studio. Check for any damage or cleanliness issues from previous rentals. 2. **Supplies:** Gather all necessary cleaning supplies, including disinfectants, cleaning cloths, brooms, mops, vacuum cleaners, trash bags, and any specialized cleaning products required for your space. 3. **Clear the Space:** Remove any clutter, personal items, or equipment not intended for the rental. Clear countertops, surfaces, and floors to provide an unobstructed space for the upcoming guests. 4. **Dust and Surface Cleaning:** 5. **Floor Care:** We Vacuum carpets or rugs, and sweep or mop hard floors to ensure they are clean and free of debris. 6. **Kitchen and Appliances:** 7. **Bathroom Sanitization:** We Clean and disinfect all bathroom fixtures, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and shower areas. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
