About the Space

Our place has plenty of windows suitable for small gatherings like office dinners, birthday parties, small weddings, and baby showers. For Christmas office parties, Decorations for tables are available upon request at an additional charge. A catering menu is available upon request.

  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Yes, I would book again.

Oh I can't say enough wonderful things about this!! The space was amazing! Emma put out tables and chairs and had white table clothes on all the tables. She catered the event for us also and made some incredible appetizers! Very well priced and very convenient! Plenty of parking for friends in a clean, safe area of midtown.
