Our loft is an ideal backdrop for a diverse array of creative endeavors. From lifestyle photography sessions that capture the essence of home, to film productions, brand showcases, business meetings, or intimate dinner gatherings, our space is versatile and welcoming. The interior boasts 12-foot high ceilings, warm wooden floors, and genuine brick walls that instantly envelop you in the city’s timeless allure. The handpicked furnishings add a cozy, upscale touch, making sure every visit, whether for a shoot, event, or meeting, feels special Please note our loft is on the fourth floor (apt #5) of a classic nyc walk up (NO ELEVATOR) and there's no soundproofing We invite you to bring your creative vision to life in this unique space

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Clean, easy to find, beautiful space. Only item to flag is that its a 5th floor walk up - if you have older guests this will be hard for them.
