About the Space
This 105-year-old home and grounds include room for Large gatherings to for celebrations of life and life events such as engagements, graduations, and company picnics and happy hours. Host your event among the large lawn with old growth maples. For a quaint or smaller group setting gather in the Rose Garden or the Redwood lined Bocce Ball court. Sit around the Fire Pit and Enjoy the view by the pool. The back lawn is perfect to hold a meditation or yoga class. The foliage and gardens will be the perfect backdrop to your event. Included are the grounds to rent. The house is not available to rent at this time. We do not supply tables or chairs but can recommend some local vendors and caterers.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
