The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities before and after event has taken place. All Fees are plus a cleaning fee of $165 +gst Any rental over 5 hours is a full-day rate All events that are over 70 people have a $500 additional fee $1000 for all events over 70 people servicing alcohol Cleaning fee for events with alcohol $200 plus gst (x2 kitchen bins and x1 wheely bin are available for renter use.
