Our customizable venue is perfect for your intimate event: birthday parties, small gatherings, paint and sip, dance studio, pop-ups, podcast, dinners, and anything else your team comes up with! Our storefront space is located in Freeport, Long Island, New York. Features: Table and Chairs (included in Rental) End-to-end Hardwood Floor Front Desk to Check-in Guests + Space for Photo Booth Area 5 full-length Mirrors One Unisex Bathroom For an additional fee, we have optional features available: In-house catering services (per your request) Paint and Sip Parties (per your request) In-house Decorator and Photo Booth (per your request) There will always be an on-site manager present at the start and end of your event in case you need any assistance throughout your booking. We are a few blocks away from Freeport Recreation Center, Imperial Diner, and E Merrick Ave. This private event space comfortably fits up to 50 people.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Venue is cleaned, disinfected and set up to your liking prior to venue rental. Disinfecting wipes, broom, desk pan, Swifter, and other cleaning supplies are provided to guests to do basic cleaning after party rental.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
